Apologizing is not an art. And, come to think of it, it is not even a science. It is just an expression of admitting to that stupidly dumb thing you had done, which could have been otherwise avoided. Then, why is it so hard to apologize? There could be multiple reasons, but the prime one is you know you have screwed up, you don’t want to face the ramifications, there could be explosives at the other end, and you don’t want to basically face the music. But that’s the escapist route. I think the best way to apologize is to apologize the moment you know you have done something wrong. Don’t linger it. Do you believe in Karma ? Do you often wonder how you are punished for your not-so-good intentions in a moment’s notice? How your good deeds are always rewarded? Often, we go through terrible problems and issues in our lives without any idea about why we are going through those things. We have always done good for others, yet we go through pain, why so? Trust

How do we know whom to trust and whom not to? Is that instinctive or do we learn on the fly? Some people, who seem nice initially, often turn out to be backstabbers. How do we discern between such people? Trust is a relative term to actually describe the state-of-mind of a person. What is the person thinking? What are his / her circumstances? What is their behavioral pattern? Are they following a pattern that they have accustomed themselves with while growing up? I have observed, usually a person breaks trust due to some underlying motivations. Some of the common denominators are greed, envy, anger and lust. These people might not be bad, but they are just motivated to act upon their strong urges. If they can rein themselves in, they can do great work. They, however, give in to their human frailty.
